If we cannot find a vehicle you are interested in, Name Your Car Price, Class "A" Deals will refund all deposits cheerfully.

All taxes must be paid in full when purchasing a vehicle through Name Your Car Price, Class "A" Deals. Any repairs for safety or emission test shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery or pick up of the vehicle shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, unless prior arrangements have been made with Name Your Car Price, Class "A" Deals.

Once we have purchased a vehicle on your behalf, the balance total amount shall be paid by the purchaser with 48 hours. All taxes, fees and Name Your Car Price, Class "A" Deals finder's fee shall be paid in full minus the deposit. If the purchaser cancels an order and the vehicle has already been purchased, the purchaser agrees to pay all fees from the purchase and reselling of the vehicle.
